Inside the housing, there are three rows of wear resistant and exchangeable counter blades give the material a flow and prevents blocking the rotor and improves the shredding quality. Behind the flap inside the housing is an additional row of counter blades, optionally with carbide tips.

The hydraulic push bar with four optional teeth guides taller material into the rotor in a targeted and safe manner.

A powerful drive (up to 500 HP) to bring the power to the rotor. For Tractors with more than 300 Hp the mulcher is equipped with an Additional Gearbox oil cooler. This cooler also filters the oils and therefore keeps the oil quality and enhances the lifetime.

Due to the good center of gravity handling improves significantly, as less balance weights are needed for balancing.

For different applications there are standard or deep milling skids available.

The hydraulic flap is also equipped with counter blades for additional shredding and perfect mulching results and provides extra protection while mulching.

With this additional counter rake option, the shredding quality can be regulated independently of the flap.

The patented W-Kinematic keeps the angles equal to prevent damage to the PTO shaft and supports an ideal adaptation to the conditions of the ground for an optimal lifting height and keeps the cardan-shaft in horizontal position.

Hydraulic hoses are as much as possible inside the housing and are kept very short outside the housing to avoid damages and downtimes.

For more safety the mulcher can be equipped with friction clutches in the side drive shaft.

Patented turbo clutch for even more safety, improves performance, balances out power peaks and protects the drive and ensures smooth starting.

With the spring tension, the drive belts are in an optimum tension ratio and transmit the forces in the best possible way.

The chain curtain provides extra protection while mulching.

Customized interfaces for simple mounting / demounting on various carriers with different options available.

Supporting legs are available for a stable and safe stand on the ground and during transport.
