The two-stage counter blades, made of highly wear resistant steel reduce wear and tear on the housing. The housing has bolted liners inside with counter blades in a systematic order, all made of highly wear resistant steel. Furthermore, there are additional counter blades in a horizontal row right underneath the flap where the material leaves.

The housing is equipped standard with bolted liners with counter blades. The liners are made out of highly wear-resistant steel and are easy exchangeable.

The push bar with four optional teeth guides taller material into the rotor in a targeted and safe manner. A fixed or a hydraulic push bar are available.

Proven rotor technology with various BCS- or UPTs possible for excellent shredding quality and best mulching results.

A powerful two sided drive (up to 250 HP) is available to bring the power to the rotor.

Due to the relatively vertical position, the center of gravity of the mulcher is very close to the tractor.

For different applications there are standard or deep milling skids available.

The hydraulic flap is optional equipped with counter blades for additional shredding and perfect mulching results and provides extra protection while mulching.

The patented W-Kinematic keeps the angles equal to prevent damage to the PTO shaft and supports an ideal adaptation to the conditions of the ground for an optimal lifting height and keeps the cardan-shaft in horizontal position.

Hydraulic hoses are integrated in the housing for more protection and reduction of downtimes.

For more safety the mulcher can be equipped with friction clutches in the side drive shaft.

The chain curtain provides extra protection while mulching.

Customized interfaces for simple mounting / demounting on various carriers with different options available.

Supporting legs are available for a stable and safe stand on the ground and during transport.
